Kevin Vigar was the President with John Glasson the Secretary and John Shorten as Treasurer.

Fees for membership in 1978 were: Family Groups $6 plus 20 cents per head at each event. Individuals $4 plus 20 cents and Students under 16 $2 plus 20 cents.
