Come and enjoy the final cross country orienteering event for this year.

This map has been updated and will provide some new and beautiful terrain to explore!

The Log Hut Gully event on September 5th will be on a new section of the map that will be a new area for orienteering.  Access to the site will be from Bratten Way between Tumby Bay and Cummins. Log Hut Gully is on farming property with rolling hills, cropped land, scrub of eucalypts, sheoaks and broom bush; dams and creeks.  The course setter has set courses of Easy 2km. Moderate Short 2.6km  and Moderate Long 3.8km and Hard Extra Short 2.5, Hard Short 3.3 and Hard Long 4.8km. The courses are not as long as usual because of the steep contours as the hills are not any easier than the last time we were there. Hopefully we get a nice day and the weather is kind as it is such beautiful country side and if COVID will allow us to have a bbq it will be a great day..
