Over 65 participants enjoyed the first street/park orienteering event of the season this morning. Starting on the Port Lincoln foreshore, competitors weaved their way around the streets and building to collect as many controls as possible in 45 minutes. Four competitors managed to find all 20 controls with Phil Clem just edging out Austin Clem to be the first finisher in 30:26 minutes. Hugh and Ted Reichstein, and Elise Clem (with dog Archie) also collected all controls within the 45 minute time barrier. It was great to see lots of families out enjoying the day!
Many thanks to course setter Ali Hoopmann, and Darren for helping on the desk!

Hope to see everyone back at the next event on Friday 13th February.
