Over 50 people participated in Friday evening’s orienteering course, with 17 individuals and 14 groups finding controls strategically placed around the Marina area.
It was a lovely flat course after the hills of the last two events and great to welcome a few first timers.
Five individuals found all 20 controls in under 45 minutes and within a 5minute period of each other.
Well done Leigh, Austin, Ali, Phil and Tim!
In the groups, Jerry, Archer and Auden raced around finding 16 controls in just under 45 minutes. Also doing well in the groups was Kate, Hazel, Lily and Elsie finding 12 controls in 45 minutes.
