Stamford Beach Results

Over 50 people enjoyed mostly sunny conditions, with just a few passing showers to keep things interesting, at today’s orienteering event at Stamford Beach.

The feedback from seasoned orienteers and newcomers alike was overwhelmingly positive. Our course setter Alison deserves special recognition for planning courses that were both engaging and challenging. The terrain kept competitors on their toes, demanding careful navigation, and the mix of route choice options and technical sections made for an enjoyable and memorable run through some tricky ground.

Adding to the excitement was the unveiling of our brand new club trailer. Not only does it look fantastic, but it also proved its worth straight away—keeping the registration area well protected from the passing showers and helping everything run smoothly. It’s a great new asset for the club and will no doubt make future events even better.
